Joel

I have been singing since I was 3. I grew up singing in the church, also traveled all across the United States, from Dallas to Boston singing with bands. In 2001 I formed The Rustenhaven Band. I have had several different members since I started the band. The guys we have now are great musicians. Also changed the style of music to make a bigger variety to please all the fans. I love to play and sing from the camp fire to the big stage, but I love the fans the most.

Wilton Steinberg Jr- better known as D D- started playing drums at 12 years old in the band Funk On Ice. At 15 years old played with Rated X, and then went on the road with Joe Simon for six months at 21 years old. In 1980, started with the band M-Pact for three years doing local clubs, major college gigs, and Memphis Musicfest. Played in a couple of different bands after that before joining Rustenhaven in 2002.

Steve

I have been playing music since my piano lessons when i was a little kid. I picked up the bass when I was 13 and never looked back. Playing all over from LA to Lansing, Grand Island to West Palm, my bass is always with me. I've played with Joel and the boys on and off for the past 5 years, sometimes leaving to try new things, but always coming back for the good times and good friends! The Rustenhaven Band is a rockin good time for us all!

ronnie

If 35 years of singing and performing all over Arkansas, Texas, and Oklahoma have taught Ronnie Presley anything it's the music in which we all live through. Growing up not that far away from Dyess, Arkansas where Johnny Cash once lived and as a distant relative to Elvis Presley, you could say that he was born all around these country and blues flavored lyrics that he sings.

John

John Sanders has a masters degree in music from Memphis State as well as many years experience playing live shows in Memphis, Texas, and California. In Memphis, Sanders has worked with the Panther Burns, 60s rock star Bobby Lawson, and Guitar Center national blues competition runner up, Steve Harper. While in California, Sanders' own original bands opened for The Ohio Players, Faith No More and many other national acts.
